said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for <br />said work. <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that certain Agreement <br />entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood City and Dewey Pest <br />Control of San Francisco, California, for the performance of said work in <br />accordance with the specifications for this project, a copy of which agreement is <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Dewey Pest Control is <br />hereby waived. <br />4.
