EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />1. Scope of Work/Tasks <br />The services to be provided under this Agreement consist of the operation of the two-year <br />Temporary RV Safe Parking Site (Site) located at 1402 Maple Street and operation of the <br />Redwood City Temporary RV Safe Parking Program (Program) consisting of outreach, <br />engagement, and case management services focused on transitioning unsheltered <br />individuals and families living in RVs on the street to permanent housing. Theoag Is of <br />the two-year Temporary RV Safe Parking Program (Safe Parking Program) are as <br />follows - <br />0 Assisting RV residents in transitioning to permanent housing <br />• Assisting RV residents in obtaining needed social and/or employment services to <br />support their transition to permanent housing <br />• Reducing/eliminating RV residency -related impacts on neighborhoods and <br />businesses <br />• Eliminating RV residency -related environmental and public health impacts <br />• Reducing the costs and staff time related to RV residency -related clean-up and <br />response to call -outs <br />Specifically, services provided by LifeMoves will include: <br />• Working with City officials to launch two-year Temporary RV Safe Parking Site and <br />Program; <br />• Conducting outreach and engagement services to unsheltered individuals and <br />families living in RVs parked on the streets in the City; <br />• Responding promptly to calls from the Redwood City Police Department regarding <br />issues involving unsheltered individuals and families living in RVs parked on the <br />streets in the City; <br />• Promoting participation in the Safe Parking Program; <br />• Promoting participation in the City's mitigation efforts aimed at reducing the impact <br />of RV residency on the streets; <br />• Conducting intake and eligibility interviews of Safe Parking Program Applicants <br />and making recommendations to City Officials for official approval; <br />• Providing RV Parking Permits, introduction and orientation to approved Safe <br />Parking Program Participants; <br />• Providing support for RV Residents with Provisional RV Parking Permit who are <br />working to resolve barriers to meeting program criteria; <br />• Connecting clients to the county Coordinated Entry System (CES) along with other <br />available community services, including to primary and behavioral health care <br />providers, housing resources, and other providers of basic needs (such as meals, <br />REV: 09-16-2020 RL <br />ATTY/AG R.2020.204/Life Moves (Page 12 of 14) <br />
