showers, toiletries, and emergency shelter); including RV Residents not eligible for <br />the Safe Parking Program; <br />• Providing case management services to Safe Parking Program Participants to <br />transition to permanent housing alternatives - intensive case management <br />services for program participants on the Safe Parking Site and light case <br />management services for program participants with RV Parking Permit on the <br />street; <br />• Participating in Multi -Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings to strengthen the <br />collaborative effort to effectively provide services to the unsheltered population in <br />the region; <br />• Administering a client assistance fund to support RV residents in overcoming <br />barriers to program eligibility and in securing of permanent housing; <br />• Participating in other collaborative meetings that the City and LifeMoves determine <br />to be appropriate to maximize the objectives of the Safe Parking Program; <br />• Developing policies and procedures for the functioning of the Safe Parking Site; <br />• Developing site Rules and Regulations in conjunction with City officials; <br />• Monitoring and enforcing Site Rules and Regulations as well as policies and <br />procedures — especially in relationship to continued participation of Safe Parking <br />Program participants and to ensure the health and safety of all participants; <br />• Providing onsite staffing of the Site during all hours of operation; and <br />• Submit monthly progress reports to the Homeless Services Manager. <br />A client referral may be declined or a client may be exited from the Program based on the <br />Program's Community Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, and Site Rules and <br />Regulations or if it is otherwise determined that the client presents a risk to the safety or <br />security of the community of clients enrolled in the Program, the Site, or staff. If a referral <br />is declined or a client terminated from the Program, LifeMoves will promptly notify the <br />City, and will document the action in files relevant to the Program. <br />Objectives: <br />During the term of the Agreement, LifeMoves is committed to achieving the following <br />objectives: <br />• LifeMoves will initiate contact with 90% of unsheltered RV residents identified by <br />Redwood City officials; <br />• 90% of homeless individuals who agree to engage with the Homeless Outreach <br />Team (HOT) will be referred either to the City's Safe Parking program and/or to <br />CES for connection to available shelter beds and other services; <br />• 100% of the Safe Parking RV Permit Program Participant Households will be <br />offered a referral to CES and other available community resources. <br />• 100% of the Safe Parking Site Program Participant Households will be offered <br />ongoing, comprehensive case management to transition to permanent housing; <br />• 100% of children in enrolled households will be enrolled or re -enrolled in school; <br />• 65% of households participating in intensive case management will move into a <br />temporary destination (emergency shelter or transitional housing) or a permanent <br />housing destination.
