REV: 09-27-2022 RL <br />Payment Terms <br />Consultant will be paid an additional not-to-exceed amount of Two Hundred Sixty Eight <br />Thousand ($268,000) for a total not-to-exceed amount of One Million, Five Hundred <br />Eighty Seven Thousand One Hundred Eighty One Dollars ($1,587,181) for the <br />completion of all the Services described herein, which sum will include all costs or <br />expenses incurred by Consultant. <br />Consultant shall submit invoices on a monthly basis together with monthly progress <br />reports to the Homeless Services Manager.
