Amendment No. 2 with ECS Imaging for continued Laserfiche licensing, <br />support, and document scanning and conversion services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 with ECS Imaging for continued Laserfiche licensing and support as well as <br />document scanning and conversion services for Community Development and <br />Transportation in an amount not to exceed $88,553, through July 5, 2023, for a <br />total contract amount of $158,553. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13.
