From:
Antonio Ochoa
To:
GRP -City Council
Subject:
KEEP ENGINE 9 IN BUSINESS
Date:
Monday, October 26, 2020 10:57:29 AM
It is not safe to close Engine 9. As you may already know there has been a dramatic increase in fires District 9 over
the past 5 years. It would make no sense to close Engine 9 when they are dealing with more problems now then
ever. Not only would this leave people waiting longer for a response but it would also impact lots of family's. Those
family's being the family's of the firemen/ women working hard to save lives. Please do not close Engine 9 as it
would cause harm to our people and community! !
