We <br />voted to pass Measure RR's sales tax increase in 2018 to preserve our first responders. Tightening our <br />emergency responders' workforce and resources will put our community at more significant risk, especially <br />those already with fewer resources like Redwood Shores. I believe it's not in Redwood City's interest to <br />reduce our public safety, especially our fire department, as we are currently experiencing a global pandemic <br />and wildfires. <br />Please save our public safety services and object to the proposed budget.
