The City issued Building Permit <br />B19-0530 and Encroachment Permit CP19-0161, for the tenant improvements at 536 Whipple Avenue, <br />which consisted of the reconstruction of an existing restaurant building and associated parking lot <br />improvements. The encroachment permit required the developer to make on-site and off-site <br />improvements such as grading and drainage, paving, new sewer, storm and water services, and sidewalk <br />modifications to provide an accessible path of travel across the property frontage.
