The following members of the public spoke: <br />• Pat 3RD <br />• Amanda Doherty <br />■ Nisha Masharani <br />■ Samanda Maloa <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the addition of Equity as a Foundational Guiding Principle in <br />the City's Strategic Plan. <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Borgens, to approve the addition of Equity as a <br />Foundational Guiding Principle in the City's Strategic Plan, passes unanimously <br />by roll call vote. <br />8. PUBLIC HEARING <br />8.A. Consideration of General Plan Amendment Initiation Requests for nine <br />separate predominantly housing and commercial/mixed-use development <br />projects submitted as part of the Gatekeeper process (601) <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer gave a <br />presentation on the housing projects. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing.
