Adopt a resolution denying initiation of the following housing project: <br />a. 797 Arguello Street <br />Motion and second, Bain and Hale, to adopt resolutions initiating the <br />following housing projects: <br />a. 1205-1295 Veterans Boulevard Reso (0103) 15891 <br />b. 651 EI Camino Real (American Legion) Reso (0100) 15892 <br />c. 505 East Bayshore Road Reso (0099) 15893 <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Reddy, to adopt a resolution denying <br />initiation of the following housing project: <br />a. 797 Arguello Street Reso (0110) 15894 <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Mayor Howard recused herself from the remainder of the item due to a conflict <br />of interest. <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer gave a <br />presentation on the commercial/mixed-use projects. <br />Vice Mayor Masur opened the public hearing.
