<br />Schedule F: Proiect Management Services <br /> <br />1. Sensus will provide project management (pm) services, at no additional cost to the customer, to <br />ensure proper installation and operation of the Sensus FlexNet system based on the following <br />criteria: <br /> <br />Number of TGB's <br />U to 3 <br />U to 5 <br />U to 10 <br /> <br /> <br />. These are general guidelines that are negotiable between Sensus and the customer. <br />Additional PM Services can be purchased at standard hourly/monthly rates. <br />. - Note: Months of PM Service refers to calendar months. <br /> <br />2. Sensus FlexNet Project Manager Services will provide onsite services for the following: <br />. Pre-deployment planning and customer review meetings <br />. Project schedule development <br />. Project Coordination with the customer and all subcontractors <br />. Tower site preparation (electrical, mechanical, communications) <br />. Tower Gateway Base Station (TGB) installation and commissioning <br />. Regional Network Interface (RNI) installation and commissioning <br />. Commissioning of the Communication link between the TGB and RNI <br />. Testing of the data transfer to the customer billing system <br />. RNI/MDM account setup <br />. Training sessions for installers and FlexWare system operators (3-days) At Sensus <br />discretion, training may be offsite or offered remotely. <br />. Facilitate customer acceptance testing of the FlexNet system (phased acceptance) <br /> <br />All projects will be deployed as per the agreed upon criteria outlined in the Sensus Statement of Work <br />(SOW) and the Customer Acceptance Plan (CAP) <br /> <br />3. The PM will coordinate the Sensus system acceptance test with the customer according to the <br />criteria identified and agreed upon in the CAP for each milestone of the project. <br /> <br />4. The PM will manage installation (subject to agreement between Sensus, customer and <br />meter/SmartPoint installation provider), commissioning, optimization and acceptance of the first <br />phase of the project. All other phases of the project will be limited to SmartPoint installations and <br />will be managed by the installation contractor. Additional support will be provided remotely by the <br />Sensus Technical Services group. As each phase is deployed, the Technical Services group will <br />coordinate with the customer and the installer to achieve the milestone criteria identified in the <br />CAP. When this read performance is achieved the customer will accept the individual route. <br /> <br />5. As each phase is accepted, technical support for all of the network equipment and SmartPoints <br />within that project phase will be provided by the Sensus Technical Service group. On-going <br />maintenance of this equipment becomes the responsibility of the customer. <br /> <br />6. The Sensus Technical Services group is available to assist with troubleshooting system issues. <br />
