<br />Schedule G: Payment of Proposal <br /> <br />It is anticipated there will be timely payment of successful work completed. In order to qualify as work <br />completed, each upgraded meter site and location must have a 1) correctly installed Sensus Water Meter <br />or Chamber, 2) Correctly Installed Sensus FlexNet SmartPoint into the water meter lid. 3) Receipt of All <br />FlexNet Hardware and Software. Documentation of installation will include the following as determined <br />by agreement between City and Vendor. <br /> <br />Customer Address <br />Meter Chamber (or replacement) Work performed at meter site <br />Serial Number and make of new meter installed (if applicable) <br />Sensus FlexNet SmartPoint Number <br />Signal Strength Flashes as per installation tool, <br />Any installation comments or observations <br />Installer's name or identification number <br />Designated City Authorized Installation Inspector. <br /> <br />Upon successful completion of each installation, duplicate copies or itemization will be made in summary <br />for data input into customer records. No payment will be made until successful installation of work <br />completed. Upon completion, it is anticipated the City shall authorize payment as agreed. <br />
