<br />Exhibit B <br />Method and Rate of Payment <br />City of Redwood City/Fair Oaks Community Center <br />Motel Voucher Early Entry Shelter for Singles Pilot Program <br /> <br />In full consideration of the services provided by the Contractor pursuant to this <br />Agreement, the County shall pay the Contractor total of $25,000 upon receipt and <br />approval of invoices based on the following schedule: <br /> <br />February 2008 <br />April 2008 <br />June 2008 <br /> <br />$8,333.33 <br />$8,333.33 <br />$8,333.34 <br /> <br />The total amount of the Agreement shall not exceed $25,000, which includes <br />$5,000 for Administrative expenses. <br /> <br />The report will be submitted to Deborah Torres, Director, Human Services <br />Agency Prevention and Early Intervention - 2500 Middlefield Road - Redwood <br />City, CA 94063 - (650) 599-3831.
