<br />.'C. <br />'. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />CONTRACT <br /> <br />City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Site Address: <br />850 Jefferson Avenue <br />Redwood City, CA <br /> <br />Maintenance of Dewaterina/Filtration System for Underaround Parkina Garaae <br /> <br />This Agreement is made thi~$ day 0~08 between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />charter city and municipal corporation in the State of California ("Owner" or "City"), and ENVIROSUPPL Y <br />& SERVICE INC., a California corporation ("Contractor"). The work described in Section 1 below shall be <br />performed in accordance with the all plans, specifications and other contract documents attached to or <br />incorporated into this Contract. <br /> <br />In October, 2007, the City issued a Request for Proposals for the Maintenance of <br />Dewatering/Filtration System for Underground Parking Garage (the "Work"). <br /> <br />The following documents are incorporated into and made part of this Contract by this reference: <br /> <br />. Request for Proposals dated October, 2007 <br />. Contractor's Proposal Form #07CA-2101 dated November 15,2007 <br />. Noncollusion Affidavit <br />. Contractor's certificate regarding workers compensation <br />. Certificate of Insurance and Endorsements <br /> <br />The documents shall be referred to collectively as the "Contract Documents". <br /> <br />SECTION 1 - SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, <br />equipment, plant, services, engineering, testing and/or any other act or thing required to diligently <br />and fully perform and complete the work described in the Request for Proposals. <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with all requirements of the Contract Documents. Where there is a conflict <br />between the requirements of the several Contract Documents, the more stringent requirements shall <br />govern. <br /> <br />Contractor's scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />. Submit all required samples, product data, certificates, operations and maintenance instructions, <br />guarantees, and other submittals no later than five (5) days after the date the City issues a Notice <br />to Proceed. <br /> <br />. Protect all materials to be used in the Work in accordance with the specifications. <br /> <br />. Protect existing facilities and personal property. The parking garage will remain open during <br />performance of the Work. <br /> <br />. Attend a preconstruction conference with City to discuss schedule, access, sequence of work, <br />and other issues. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2008.004 <br />013008 <br />
