By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with SF19A, LLC for the property <br />located at 2440 Carolina Avenue; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreements for new single-family homes. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 3. New construction or conversion of small <br />structures <br />6.13. Memorandum of Agreement between regional partners for Phase 3 of the <br />Potable Reuse Exploratory Plan <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Memorandum of Agreement between the Bay Area Water Supply and <br />Conservation Agency, California Water Service Company, City of Redwood City, <br />City of San Mateo, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, and Silicon Valley <br />Clean Water, which calls for the City of Redwood City to contribute a not to <br />exceed amount of $20,000 for the continued evaluation of the potable reuse of <br />recycled water. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />2 <br />
