6.C. Property donation to the City of Redwood City by Mel and Marguerite Casey, <br />Trustees of the Casey Family Trust, for the purposes of open space <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Donation Agreement between Mel and <br />Marguerite Casey, Trustees of the Casey Family Trust, and the City of Redwood <br />City of 9 parcels for the City's open space purposes, and authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the donation. <br />CEQA: <br />Two exemptions: This activity is exempt under CEQA Guidelines, section <br />15325(f) due to transfer of ownership of interests in land to preserve open <br />space; and also under section 15304 (Class 4) - minor alterations to land. <br />6.D. Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance Amending Article 59 of the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to allow cannabis storefront retail and <br />Ordinance Amending Chapter 32, Article V, Division 7 to regulate cannabis <br />storefront retail and update operating requirements for cannabis businesses <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance Amending Article 59 of the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance to allow Cannabis Storefront Retail; and <br />2. Waive second reading and adopt Ordinance Amending Chapter 32, Article V, <br />Division 7 of the Redwood City Municipal Code to Regulate Cannabis Storefront <br />Retail and Update Operating Requirements for Cannabis Businesses <br />CEQA: <br />Two exemptions: Retail uses by right no potential to cause a significant impact <br />on the environment (CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3)) and retail uses <br />requiring a use permit are exempt under Bus. & Prof. Section 26055(h) <br />6.E. Approve Minutes of October 26, 2020 City Council meeting <br />6.F. Approve claims and checks from November 9, 2020 - November 23, 2020 and <br />the usual and necessary payments through November 23, 2020 <br />7. STUDY SESSIONS Page 141 <br />7.A.
