either. <br />This is an Island and everybody will have to own several cars to get out of here. <br />This will add a ton of trips and vehicle miles onto EI Camino and Downtown without any <br />mitigation done. <br />This is of course because Howard, Bain, Aguirre, Masur, Borgens, Hale, Reddy, <br />Transportation Advisory Board, <br />Planning Commission and of course City Staff keep dropping ball after ball after ball - and <br />are not following their <br />own adopted policies. <br />It's time to step up, become professional, send this project back to the Transportation drawing <br />board and <br />create a real Transit -Oriented Development (TOD). <br />This project will show the residents, if you take Transportation Equity finally serious as a strategic <br />goal or <br />if it just another marketing bullet point. <br />best regards, <br />Gerd Stieler <br />PS.: the attachments explains in more detail what city manager and transportation director are <br />promoting to do compared to what they really do. <br />
