As you may know, I am on the Emerald Lake Country <br />Club Board of Directors and the proposed housing development was going to be <br />problematic given the location of the property downstream of Emerald Lake. This <br />is a win win win for the private landowners, the City and community. <br />Thank you very much to all the staff who worked on this project <br />I hope you have a great day! <br />Alisa" <br />..Oknr'if:iilTXiRriS97T,RRT•i[�{i777TiiaF.TT <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Donation Agreement between Mel and Marguerite <br />Casey, Trustees of the Casey Family Trust, and the City of Redwood City of 9 parcels <br />for the City's open space purposes, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all <br />necessary documents to effectuate the donation. <br />CEQA: <br />Two exemptions: This activity is exempt under CEQA Guidelines, section 15325(f) <br />due to transfer of ownership of interests inland to preserve open space; and also <br />under section 15304 (Class 4) - minor alterations to land. <br />
