II. COMPENSATION <br />COST FOR ANNUAL. NEW AND AMENDED CLAIMS <br />Consultant will complete the services outlined herein, including each element of this <br />Agreement as it relates to the Annual Claims due on February 15 of each fiscal year, New <br />Claims for which Claiming Instructions are issued during the fiscal year, and Claims <br />requiring amendment, for a fixed fee of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000) for each fiscal <br />year, for a total amount of $18,000.
