REV: 10-19-23 MI <br />II: COMPENSATION – FEE STRUCTURE <br />COST FOR ANNUAL, NEW AND AMENDED CLAIMS <br />Consultant will complete each element of the above scope as it relates to the <br />Annual Claims due on February 15, 2024, New Claims for which Claiming <br />Instructions are issued during the 2022-2023 fiscal year, and Claims requiring <br />amendment for a Fixed Fee not to exceed Six Thousand Two Hundred Dollars <br />($6,200). This includes all fees and expenses incurred in the claim preparation <br />process. <br />Fixed Fee for <br />FY 2022-2023 $6,200 <br />METHOD OF PAYMENT <br />Consultant will invoice the City for all contracted work in two equal <br />installments: The first installment will be due upon execution of the contract <br />in FY 2023-2024.
