Greenhouse Gas Emissions. These findings regarding the Project's potential
impacts relating to greenhouse gas emissions are based on the analyses on pages 3.4-
17 through 3.4-21 of the DER, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety.
Impact GG -1: The Project would not directly or indirectly generate
greenhouse gas emissions that may have a significant impact on the
environment.
Impact GG -2: The Project would not conflict with an applicable plan, policy,
or regulation of an agency adopted for the purpose of reducing the emissions
of greenhouse gases
Impact GG -3: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably
foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts
with respect to greenhouse gas emissions.
9. Hazards and Hazardous Materials. These findings regarding the Project's
potential impacts relating to hazards and hazardous materials are based on the
analyses on pages HAZ 4.9-2 through HAZ 4.9-9 of the Initial Study, which is hereby
incorporated herein in its entirety.
Impact HAZ-9e: The Project would not be located within an airport land use
plan or, where such a plan has not been adopted, within 2 miles of a public
airport or public use airport, resulting in a safety hazard for people residing or
working in the Project area.
Impact HAZ-9f: Implementation of the Project would not impair
implementation of, or physically interfere with, an adopted emergency
response plan or emergency evacuation plan.
Impact HAZ-9g: The Project would not expose people or structures, either
directly or indirectly, to a significant risk of loss, injury, or death involving
wildland fires.
10. Hydrology and Water Quality. These findings regarding the Project's potential
impacts relating to hydrology and water quality are based on the analyses on pages HYD
4.10-4 through HYD 4.10-8 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its
entirety.
Impact HW -10b: Implementation of the Project would not substantially
decrease groundwater supplies or interfere substantially with groundwater
recharge such that the project may impede sustainable groundwater
management of the basin.
ATTY/RESO.0118/PC RESO SOUTH MAIN MIXED -USED PROJECT
REV: 11-03-2020 PR
RESO.
