11/16/2020 Impact HW-1Oc: Implementation of the Project would not substantially alter the existing drainage pattern of the site or area, including through the alteration of the course of a stream or river or through the addition of impervious surfaces, in a manner which would: result in substantial erosion or siltation on- or off-site; substantially increase the rate or amount of surface runoff in a manner which would result in flooding on- or off-site; create or contribute runoff water which would exceed the capacity of existing or planned stormwater drainage systems or provide substantial additional sources of polluted runoff; or impede or redirect flood flows. Impact HW-1Od: The Project is not located in a flood hazard, tsunami or seiche zone that would risk release of pollutants due to project inundation. Impact HW-1Oe: Implementation of the Project would not conflict with or obstruct implementation of a water quality control plan or sustainable groundwater management plan. 11. Land Use and Planning. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to land use and planning are based on the analyses on pages LU 4.11- 1 through LU 4.11-5 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact LU -1 a: Implementation of the Project would not physically divide an established community. Impact LU -1b: Implementation of the Project would not cause a significant environmental impact due to a conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the project adopted for the purpose of avoiding or mitigating an environmental effect. 12 Mineral Resources. The finding that the Project would not have any impacts on mineral resources is based on the analysis on page MIN 4.12-1 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. 13. Noise. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to noise are based on the analyses on pages NOI 4.13-7 through NOI 4.13-14 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact N0I-13c: The Project would not be located within the vicinity of a private airstrip or an airport land use plan or, where such a plan has not been adopted, within two miles of a public airport or public use airport that would expose people residing or working in the project area to excessive noise levels. 14k Population and Housing. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to population and housing are based on the analyses on pages POP 4.14-2 through POP 4.14-3 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact PH -14a: Implementation of the Project would not induce substantial unplanned population growth in an area, either directly or indirectly.
