Public Services. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to public services are based on the analyses on pages PS 4.15-4 through PS 4.15-6 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact PS -15a: Implementation of the Project would not result in substantial adverse physical impacts associated with the provision of new or physically altered governmental facilities, or the need for new or physically altered governmental facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios, response times, or other performance objectives for any of the public services: Fire Protection; Police Protection; Schools; Parks; or Public Facilities. 16. Recreation. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to recreation are based on the analyses on page REC 4.16-2 of the Initial Study, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact REC-16a: Implementation of the Project would not increase the use of existing neighborhood and regional parks or other recreational facilities such that substantial physical deterioration of the facility would occur or be accelerated. Impact REC-16b: Implementation of the Project would not result in adverse physical effects related to the construction or expansion of recreational facilities. 17. Transportation and Traffic. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to transportation and traffic are based on the analyses on pages 3.5- 20 through 3.5-28 of the DEIR, and on pages TRA 4.17-2 through TRA 4.17-3 of the Initial Study, which are hereby incorporated herein in their entirety. Impact TT -1: The Project would not conflict with a program plan, ordinance, or policy addressing the circulation system, including transit, roadway, bicycle, and pedestrian facilities. Impact TT -2: The Project would not conflict or be inconsistent with CEQA Guidelines Section 15064.3, subdivision (b). Impact TT -3: The Project would not substantially increase hazards due to geometric design feature (e.g., sharp curves or dangerous intersections) or incompatible uses (e.g., farm equipment). Impact TT -4: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to transportation. Impact TT -17d: Implementation of the Project would not result in inadequate emergency access. 18. Utilities and Service Systems.
