INTRODUCTION The City of Redwood City invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to fully equip one hundred (100) Police Officers with Body Worn Cameras, including uniform mounting hardware, camera hardware, recording/redaction/video management software and a cloud storage solution; service, repair and replace cameras and auxiliary equipment; provide hardware replacement and software updates to retain state-of-the-art functionality; and provide staff training (collectively referred to as "BWC System Solution"). All necessary equipment, materials, insurances, and personnel should be included in the proposal. Copies of this Request for Proposal are available online at http://www.redwoodcitV.org/business/bids-proposals. All addenda related to this procurement will be posted online to the City's website. SECTION II. DEFINITIONS The following definitions shall apply to this Request for Proposals and its attachments.
