SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully equip one hundred (100) <br />Police Officers with Body Worn Cameras, including uniform mounting hardware, camera hardware, <br />recording/redaction/video management software and a cloud storage solution; service, repair and/or <br />replace cameras and auxiliary equipment; provide hardware replacement and software update <br />schedules to retain state-of-the-art functionality; and provide staff training (collectively referred to <br />as "BWC System Solution"). The proposed BWC System Solution should meet or exceed the required <br />specifications outlined in this RFP. The successful proposal may provide added value and/or <br />functionality above and beyond the minimum requirements listed within the specifications of this <br />RFP. Any proposal that does not demonstrate that the proposed BWC System Solution meets the <br />following minimum specifications will be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award. <br />The following requirements for the BWC System Solution are considered minimums and are not <br />intended to be an exhaustive list.
