Compliance with Federal Grant Requirements <br />This proposed procurement is partially funded through a Federal grant from the U.S. Department of Justice <br />(DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (Grant Award #2018 -BC -BX -0007). Term <br />The term shall be for a five (5) year period from the effective date of the contract. <br />G. Invoicing <br />Contractor will submit invoices to the Police Department, Attn: Gary Kirby, Deputy Police Chief, <br />1301 Maple Street, Redwood City, CA 94063. A sample invoice will be included in the submitted <br />proposal. <br />H. Payment <br />If a contract is awarded, the method of payment to the Successful Proposer shall include: a one- <br />time payment for equipment, training and first year software licensing, cloud storage, and other <br />associated fees; and annual fees for cloud storage, software licensing and associated fees, which <br />will remain fixed for the duration of the agreed upon contract length; for a maximum "not to <br />exceed" fee as set by the Successful Proposer in the proposal or as negotiated between the <br />Successful Proposer and the City. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of an <br />accurate invoice. Payment will be made no more frequently than monthly. <br />I. Redwood Citv Business License <br />The Successful Proposer must either possess a current, valid Redwood City business license or <br />have submitted a Redwood City business license application and fee at the time of contract award. <br />Business license information (application, ordinance, fees) can be found by navigating to the City <br />of Redwood City homepage (www.redwoodcity.org) and selecting "Business," "Starting a <br />Business," "Business Licensing."
