6.D. - Page 107 of 179 <br />J. Proposal Cost <br />The Contractor must complete, sign and submit Attachment A — Proposal Pricing Form with <br />Contractor's bid. All pricing must be inclusive, and include all labor, material, equipment, and <br />training programs necessary for all tasks listed in this Scope of Services. Provision of this <br />information assists the City in determining whether the Proposer understands the project, <br />whether the costs are fair and reasonable in light of the services to be provided, and provides City <br />staff with tools to negotiate the final cost. <br />The Contractor acknowledges that by submitting a proposal, the Contractor's proposed pricing is <br />bound for ninety (90) days after the Proposal Submittal Deadline. <br />SECTION VII. TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br />A. City's Standard Terms and Conditions <br />The terms and conditions set forth in Attachment C - Purchase Agreement for Goods, <br />Commodities and Services will apply to any contract resulting from this RFP. <br />B. Pricing <br />Pricing shall remain firm throughout the five-year term of the contract. <br />SECTION VIII. CONTRACT AWARD <br />The PD will recommend to the awarding authority the award of a contract to the Proposer who <br />provides the most responsive BWC Solution, equal to or greater than, the provided specifications and <br />functionality. The City reserves the right to award the contract to the vendor who presents the <br />proposal which, in the judgement of the City, best accomplishes the desired results. <br />Proposals will be evaluated by a Selection Committee which will consider the completeness of each <br />proposal and how well it meets the needs of the City. Evaluations will be based on criteria as outlined <br />in the table (Selection Criteria) below. All proposals in response to this RFP will be evaluated using the <br />same criteria. <br />The purpose of the selection procedure is to determine, from among the proposals received, which <br />one is best suited to meet the City's needs. Any final analysis or weighted score does not imply that <br />one proposer is superior to another, but simply that, in the Selection Committee's judgement, the <br />selected proposer appears to offer the best overall solution for the City's current and anticipated <br />needs. <br />The City will evaluate the proposals based on, but not limited to, the following criteria.
