6.13. - Page 1 of 7 <br />y California <br />city Faunded1867 <br />'Q� <br />DATE: November 23, 2020 <br />SUBJECT <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />Amendment No. 1 to Agreement with Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. for the preparation of Residential Design <br />Guidelines <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for <br />Professional Services with Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc. for the preparation of Residential Design Guidelines <br />in the amount of $50,720, for a total contract amount not to exceed $183,580. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />On April 8, 2019, the City Manager authorized a professional services agreement with Lisa Wise <br />Consulting, Inc. in the amount of $132,860 to assist the City in the preparation of Residential Design <br />Guidelines.
