8.A. - Page 33 of 51 <br />Outstanding Sewer Utility Debt <br />The City incurred obligations in connection with the issuance by the Authority of the 2014 Bonds <br />and the 2015 Bonds, which are being refunded from proceeds of the 2020 Bonds, and the 2018 Bonds, the <br />2019 Notes, the WIFIA Loan, SRF Loans, and the Line of Credit, as described in "THE AUTHORITY AND <br />THE WASTEWATER SYSTEM — Outstanding Debt" in the forepart of the Official Statement.
