11/16/2020 <br />Section 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized to administer and make <br />changes to the Environmentally Preferred Purchasing Policy to implement its <br />requirements, address subsequent changes in state law, and fulfill the policies of <br />the City Council. <br />Section 5. By such adoption, it is the intention of the City Council that in <br />future decision-making, the City will consider the 2030 Climate Action Plan and <br />Environmentally Preferred Purchasing Policy for relevant planning, development, <br />public works, and purchasing actions. <br />Section 6.
