Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving the Donation Agreement between Mel and <br />Marguerite Casey, Trustees of the Casey Family Trust, and the City of Redwood <br />City of 9 parcels for the City's open space purposes, and authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute all necessary documents to effectuate the donation. <br />CEQA: <br />Two exemptions: This activity is exempt under CEQA Guidelines, section <br />15325(f) due to transfer of ownership of interests in land to preserve open <br />space; and also under section 15304 (Class 4) - minor alterations to land. <br />6.D.
