11/23/2020 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 <br />(Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza) <br />FACILITIES <br />Special taxes collected in the CFD may finance, in whole or in part, the following <br />facilities: <br />Design, acquisition and construction of a levee and related flood protection facilities <br />along the perimeter of Seaport Plaza facing Redwood Creek <br />2. Design, acquisition, improvement and replacement of levee improvements and flood <br />protection facilities benefiting Seaport Centre <br />The facilities to be financed shall include all hard and soft costs associated with the <br />facilities, including the costs of the acquisition of land and rights-of-way, the costs of design, <br />engineering and planning, the costs of any environmental or traffic studies, surveys or other <br />reports, costs associated with civil and geotechnical engineering certifications, improvement <br />staking, erosion control, hydroseed, soils testing, encroachment expenses, permits, plan check, <br />and inspection fees, insurance, legal and related overhead costs, coordination and supervision <br />and any other costs or appurtenances related to any of the foregoing as further defined in one <br />or more acquisition agreements with the developer of the property in the CFD. <br />SERVICES <br />Special taxes collected in the CFD may finance, in whole or in part, the following <br />services ("services" shall have the meaning given that term in the CFD Law): <br />Operation and maintenance of all of the public improvements and appurtenant facilities <br />described below, but not including any such public improvements and appurtenances that are <br />located in public streets or streets dedicated to the public: <br />■ Levees. Any and all levees for the protection of Seaport Centre and Seaport <br />Plaza from inundation, any and all retaining walls, and any and all outboard rock <br />slope protection facilities necessary for erosion control together with any and all <br />appurtenances to any of the above now existing or hereafter to be constructed in <br />or for Seaport Centre or Seaport Plaza. <br />■ Storm Drain Systems Improvements. Any and all surface and subsurface storm <br />drainage facilities, including, but not limited to, storm drain pump stations, storm <br />drain mains, manholes with manhole frames and covers, and inlets and catch <br />basins together with any and all appurtenances to any of the above now existing <br />or hereafter to be constructed in or for Seaport Centre. <br />Water Facilities. Any and all water facilities, including, but not limited to, water <br />mains, valves, tees, hydrants, services, meters and meter boxes, together with <br />ATTY/RESO.0131/CC RESO FORMING RWC CFD SEAPORT CENTRE/PLAZA—APPROVING RELATED DOCUMENTS RESO.
