Work includes <br />coordinating and complying with requirements for issuance of a permit. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Copy of all required permits <br />Task 3 e) Project Monitoring Plan <br />A Project Monitoring Plan (PMP) shall be submitted to the State prior to disbursement of <br />grant funds for construction or monitoring activities for this Project. Along with the <br />Attachment 6 Project Performance Measures Tables requirements for the Project, the PMP <br />will also include: a) Baseline conditions, b) Brief discussion of monitoring systems to be <br />utilized, c) Methodology of monitoring, d) Frequency of monitoring, and e) Location of <br />monitoring points. <br />The LPS will lead work for monitoring and performances measures verification after <br />Project completion. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Project Monitoring Plan <br />Task 4: Construction/Implementation - Budget Category (d) <br />Task 4 a) Public Education and Outreach <br />This task includes public workshops, multi- lingual educational materials, a project website, <br />an outreach campaign via social media, and targeted outreach to five mobile home parks in <br />the historically flood -prone areas of the Project. This outreach will reach approximately <br />2,400 residents in 800 dwellings within five mobile home parks and other economically <br />disadvantaged neighborhoods adjacent to the Bayfront Canal and Atherton Channel. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Public workshop, outreach, and educational materials <br />• Links to Project website and social media campaign <br />Task 4 b) Construction Contracting <br />This task consists of construction contracting including solicitations for bids and awards of <br />contracts. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Copy of bid package <br />Task 4 c) Mobilization and Site Preparation <br />This task consists of mobilization and site preparation including implementation of site <br />security measures, installation of temporary sanitary facilities, implementation of site BMPs, <br />clearing and grubbing, stockpile and material storage designation, and traffic control. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Pre -construction photographs <br />Task 4 d) Project Construction <br />REV: 09-11-2020 RL <br />13 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 2/SFEP/ABAG (Page 5 of 8) <br />
