S.A. - Page 11 of 29 <br />ATTACHMENT 1 <br />This task includes local flooding alleviation by routing flood flows from the Bayfront Canal <br />and Atherton Channel into managed ponds that are part of the Ravenswood Pond Complex <br />portion of the South Bay Salt Ponds Restoration Project. This task consists of modification <br />of the existing Cargill ditch for improved flow conveyance, modifications to the Pond S5 <br />forebay including excavation/deepening of this smaller portion of Pond S5 immediately <br />adjacent to Flood Slough, and routing of flood flows from the Bayfront Canal into Ponds R5 <br />and S5 of the Ravenswood Pond Complex, thereby bypassing the Flood Slough tide gate. <br />Deliverables: <br />Construction photographs <br />Certified engineer inspection completion report with final as -built drawings <br />Task 4 e) Performance Testing and Demobilization <br />This task consist of project performance testing and demobilization, including removal of all <br />debris and construction spoils from the site, removal of excess materials, removal of <br />temporary sanitary facilities, removal of equipment, transfer of site responsibility back to <br />owner, and stormwater testing for contaminants and turbidity levels. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Post -construction photographs <br />Task 4 f) Environmental Compliance/ Mitigation/ Enhancement <br />This task consists of complying with general construction measures, and creating an erosion <br />and sediment control plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, traffic control plan, a <br />hazardous materials management plan, and any environmental restoration specifications. <br />Deliverables: <br />• A copy of the erosion and sediment control plan <br />• A copy of the stormwater pollution prevention plan <br />• A copy of the traffic control plan <br />• A copy of the hazardous materials management plan <br />• A copy of the environmental restoration specifications <br />Task 4 g) Construction Administration <br />This task consists of reviewing the contractor's schedule and recommendations, managing <br />and coordinating the agencies and contractors involved with the project, and providing <br />construction inspection tests and management oversight. <br />Deliverables: <br />• A copy of the inspection reports <br />• A copy of meeting minutes from construction management reports <br />REV: 09-11-2020 RL <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 2/SFEP/ABAG (Page 6 of 8) <br />14 <br />
