S.A. - Page 5 of 29 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose to not authorize execution of the MOU or the LPS agreement amendment. <br />If the City Council does not authorize the execution of the MOU, the construction of the Bayfront Canal <br />and Atherton Channel Flood Protection and Ecosystem Restoration Project may not be able to proceed. If <br />the City Council does not authorize execution of the LPS agreement amendment, the City will no longer <br />being able to be obtain Integrated Regional Water Management Grant funding for the Project.
