S.A. - Page 6 of 29 <br />Grant Agreement 4600010575 <br />Amendment No. 2 <br />LOCAL PROJECT SPONSOR AGREEMENT <br />Between <br />ABAG/SFEP and Redwood City <br />Bay Area Proposition 84 Integrated Regional Water Management Grant <br />Department of Water Resources <br />This Amendment No. 2 to the Local Project Sponsor Agreement (LPS Agreement) by <br />and between the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), a joint powers authority <br />existing under the laws of the State of California acting on behalf of the San Francisco <br />Estuary Partnership (SFEP) and the City of Redwood City (Redwood City), a chartered <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, (collectively, the "Parties") serves to <br />incorporate all work scope revisions, budget revisions, and schedule revisions for Redwood <br />City's project (Project 10) as detailed below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, effective October 1, 2020 (the Effective Date), the Parties agree to <br />modify the subject Agreement as follows: <br />2021. <br />1. Article 2.0, Term of Agreement, is revised to extend the term to December 31, <br />2 Exhibit A, Project Description, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with <br />Attachment 1, Revised Project Description, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br />3. Retention of Contract Provisions.
