Approve claims and checks from November 23, 2020 - December 7, 2020 and <br />the usual and necessary payments through December 7, 2020(303) MO 20-196 <br />7. PUBLIC HEARING <br />7.A. Redwood City historic landmark designation and a Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for the property located at 970 Edgewood <br />Road (612) Res(0127)15913 <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer gave a <br />presentation. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. <br />Mayor Howard closed the public hearing. <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution designating 970 Edgewood Road a Redwood City historic <br />landmark and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Historic <br />Preservation Agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 31. Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Aguirre, to adopt a resolution designating 970 <br />Edgewood Road a Redwood City historic landmark and authorizing the City <br />Manager or designee to execute a Historic Preservation Agreement, passes <br />unanimously by roll call vote. <br />7.B. Redwood City historic landmark designation for the property located at 149 <br />Clinton Street (612) Res (0126) 15914 <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer gave a <br />presentation. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing.
