Accessory <br />Structures <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Aguirre, to: <br />1. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Forming <br />City of Redwood Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport <br />Centre/Seaport Plaza), and Approving Related Documents and Actions; <br />2. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />Determining Necessity to Incur Bonded Indebtedness and Other Debt Payable <br />from Special Taxes Levied in City of Redwood City Community Facilities <br />District No. 2020-1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza), and Approving Related <br />Documents and Actions; <br />3. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Calling a <br />Special Election in the City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. <br />2020-1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza). <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />The City Clerk opened the ballots and announced the results of the election. The <br />ballot measure passes by the required two-thirds vote. <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Aguirre, to adopt Resolution of the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City Declaring Results of Special Election in City <br />of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020-1 (Seaport <br />Centre/Seaport Plaza), and Directing Recording of Notice of Special Tax Lien, <br />passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />Motion and second, Reddy and Borgens, to waive first reading and introduce <br />Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Levying Special <br />Taxes Within the City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020- <br />1 (Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza), passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />7.D. Adoption of relocation assistance fees for the City's Housing Division (205) <br />Housing Leadership Manager Alin Lancaster gave a presentation. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing.
