6.E. - Page 31 of 272 <br />Manhattan Village Mall <br />Location: Manhattan Beach, CA <br />E 16 <br />Parking Spaces: 451 <br />Completion Date: January 2019 <br />Manhattan Village Mall is undergoing a $180 million revitalization <br />and expansion of the 38 -year-old property which will see the <br />center grow from 573,000 square feet to 648,000. The Mall is <br />managed by JLL and owned by RREEF. As a part of the remodel, <br />three new parking structures are being built. EnSight is deploying <br />the EnSight Parking Guidance EcoSystem for level count guidance <br />in all three garages which will be centrally managed by one server. <br />One Structure is complete and operational with garage two scheduled to go -live soon and garage three coming on-line <br />October 2020. The first garage includes six EnSight FLI cameras installed in the four -level garage to manage entry and exit <br />counts, as well as level changes.
