<br />Christopher Wade has 20 -years of Solar, Wind, Energy Storage, and other LEED Alternative Energy project experience. He
<br />worked with Federal Public Works, health care, K-12 school construction, and other and state -funded building projects to
<br />ensure that plans, specifications, and construction comply with California's codes (Title 24 of the CCR). Wade ensured
<br />compliance with codes and obtained DSA and jurisdiction approval before commencing construction. He was owner and
<br />CM of Public Works buildings for training and maintenance for the US Coast Guard and USACOE. Wade managed military
<br />dormitory and commissary projects as design -bid -build. His MEP subject matter expertise is key to design and construction
<br />of Solar, Wind, Energy Storage, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design, construction, and commissioning.
<br />He possesses good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with owners, A/E, IOR, contractors, and
<br />representatives to develop and build working relationships with large programs.
<br />Project Role:
<br />Chris Wade will lead and manage the day to day build of the project. He will lead the project through the installation of the
<br />physical components. He will also contribute his experience to construction management in the streets, on the poles, and
<br />throughout the parking facilities. He is involved in the project to ensure the construction and physical installation are
<br />implemented on time and per the specifications, while he controls and avoids unforeseen conditions that often drive cost
<br />overruns.
