Substitutions Cleverciti Systems and our teaming partners, EnSight Technologies and E -Tech, Inc., have completed a comprehensive review of the City of Redwood City APGS and Wayfinding RFP and functional specifications. We believe our proposed solution will meet, or exceed, the requirements contained in this RFP. Our thorough review of these documents resulted in a few requirements, features, and/or functionalities to which we have provided substitutions or additional clarification as noted below. 1) Integration with the existing access control systems for the parking garages is not necessary with our proposed solution because the EnSight camera system captures ingress and egress of traffic at the entrance to each parking facility and at each parking level to provide total facility and level space counts. The EnSight system utilizes enhanced optics to track available occupancy in real-time and their neural network software provides the ability to differentiate between vehicles and other objects such as people, bicycles, scooters, and trash trucks. The facility count data will be shared with the Cleverciti system through Cleverciti's API application to integrate space availability statistics for dynamic signage located throughout the City of Redwood City. 2) If desired by the City, Cleverciti has integrated with several Parking Access Control systems and can do the same for Redwood City. We include the garage data and visualization in the ClevercitiCockpit alongside surface lot and on - street data and we drive dynamic signs throughout the City. 3) With the quick pace technology advances, we find many of our customers prefer our Solution as a Service model to be more attractive than the traditional on -premise based application. The Solution as a Service bundles the listed hardware, software, and services together in a simple package with a monthly fee. The recurring fee includes ongoing warranty, system monitoring, operation of the hardware and software, including replacement of any defective hardware, for the life of the Term of Agreement including extended Term options. 4) Cleverciti Systems respectively reserves the right to negotiate mutually acceptable Contract Terms and Conditions for the City of Redwood City APGS and Wayfinding RFP. 2. Exceptions During our review of the City of Redwood City RFP documentation, the Cleverciti team identified a few exceptions to the functional specifications.
