6.A. - Page 42 of 80 <br />Auditing/misallocation correction services shall be charged on a contingency basis per the chart <br />delineated below. The contingency portion of the fee applies to secured and unsecured <br />misallocations discovered as part of the audits. The contingency fee is 25% of net tax revenues <br />recovered for the City in the audits performed over the period allowable by State statute <br />(current year and 3 prior lien years).
