TASK 7.0 On-going Coordination with Applicant

M-Group will coordinate with the applicant on an on-going basis and assist
the applicant in the PO permit approval process for the proposed laurel
Way zone; refinement of development standards, parking requirements,
and green building techniques; provide input on site development and
achieve development objectives that are sensitive to hillside development
while allowing reasonable use of the property.

TASK 8.0 On-going Communication with Interested Parties

\.

M-Group will facilitate on-going communication with interested parties
regarding the laurel Way Subdivision. This communication will serve as a
means to gain valuable insight on the proposed project and to take into
consideration any concerns associated with the development of the
proposed project.

TASK 9.0 Community Meeting (1)

M-Group will conduct one Community Meeting by engaging the laurel Way
neighborhood in the planning process. M-Group proposes to reach out to
the community by preparing newspaper ads, flyers, and posters for
meetings and submit all documents in a format that is suitable for posting
on the City's website. Key stakeholders will be identified as part of the
process and the meeting will be designed in such a manner so as to gather
input and feedback from the community. The end goal of the public
meetings is to recognize the unique needs, conditions, and interests within
the specific neighborhood; receive community feedback and identify
community resources and limitations to help develop the laurel Way
Subdivision that will address both the City's and the neighborhood concerns

as well as environmental issues.

M-GROUP
proposal

8
