WORK PRODUCT <br /> <br />M-Group will prepare a summary based on the findings from the existing <br />conditions analysis and make this document available for the next <br />scheduled meeting with City Staff. <br /> <br />TASK 5.0 On-going Coordination with City Staff <br /> <br />M-Group will coordinate with City Staff on an on-going basis to discuss the <br />progress of the proposed project as well as development issues associated <br />with Laurel Way Subdivision. The Project Manager will coordinate closely <br />with City Staff to insure the City is speaking in "one voice." <br /> <br />TASK 6.0 On-going Coordination with EIR Consultant <br /> <br />M-Group will coordinate with EIR consultants on an on-going basis to <br />understand issues related to the proposed project site such as access <br />issues, steep terrain, thick vegetation and trees, slope stability, drainage <br />and grading. M-Group will coordinate with the EIR consultant to evaluate <br />the consistency of the proposed project with City policies and <br />neighborhood compatibility. <br /> <br />M-Group will coordinate with EIR consultant to evaluate environmental <br />impacts including: <br /> <br />1. Project design and potential visual impacts, especially views from <br />the lower ravine and surrounding hillsides. <br /> <br />2. Evaluation of traffic impacts of the proposed project and the <br />associated right of way improvements. <br /> <br />3. Evaluation of air quality impacts caused due to automobile trip <br />generation and dust particulates resulting from site grading activity. <br /> <br />4. Evaluation of existing infrastructure and utility systems. <br /> <br />5. A study of the wetlands, plant and animal life to understand the <br />biological resources of the project site. <br /> <br />6. Study of noise, light and glare impacts. <br /> <br />7. An evaluation of potential archaeological resources present in the <br />project site. <br /> <br />M-GROUP <br />proposal <br /> <br />7 <br />
