WORK PRODUCT <br /> <br />M-Group will prepare meeting notes summarizing the discussions and <br />direction provided by City Staff. M-Group will prepare the final schedule for <br />tasks and meetings. <br /> <br />TASK 3.0 Meetings with City Staff on the project (up to eight meetings) <br /> <br />M-Group will meet with City Staff to coordinate work on the project <br />including: <br /> <br />· Refinement of information; <br />· Development Guidelines for Laurel Way Subdivision; <br />· Direction for work products; <br />· Agenda preparation; and <br />· Review of work products. <br /> <br />These meetings may also include attendance at regularly scheduled <br />development review committee meetings. <br /> <br />.:. WORK PRODUCT <br /> <br />M-Group will prepare action items and meeting notes summarizing the <br />discussions and direction provided by City Staff. <br /> <br />TASK 4.0 Existing Conditions Analysis <br /> <br />M-Group will study and analyze existing conditions of the proposed <br />residential subdivision at Laurel Way.
