This review is intended to gain background <br />understanding of the project site as well as to understand the complexity of <br />issues and site constraints associated with the proposed development. <br /> <br />M-Group will review plans and policies including: <br />· Redwood City's General Plan <br />· Zoning Ordinance <br />· The "Geological and Geotechnical Feasibility Evaluation" report <br />· Arborist Report <br />· Comments from Building Division, Public Works and Fire Department <br />· Existing subdivision map and title report <br /> <br />.:. WORK PRODUCT <br /> <br />M-Group will prepare a summary based on the findings from the review of <br />the above documents and make this document available for the next <br /> <br />scheduled meeting with City Staff. <br /> <br />TASK 2.0 Kick-off meeting with City Staff/Site Visits (as needed) <br /> <br />A kick-off meeting will be held with City Staff in order to gain a complete <br />understanding of the proposed residential project at the Laurel Way <br />subdivision. The meeting will be focused around receiving information on <br />the proposed project as well as to discuss potential development issues <br />associated with the project site.
