Adopt a resolution of the City Council declaring its intention to dissolve the Seaport Centre Maintenance <br />District and providing for other related matters, including setting the date of January 11, 2021 for a public <br />hearing; and <br />2. Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Redwood City levying <br />special taxes within the City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020-21 (Seaport <br />Centre/Seaport Plaza). <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Excellence in Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />General Information <br />Research has indicated that San Mateo County and its developed areas are highly vulnerable to sea level <br />rise.
