The <br />Business Plan would evaluate whether ferry service is financially viable and identify potential Redwood <br />City expenses, including for potential shuttle projects to connect the ferry terminal with job centers. <br />Future phases of the Redwood City ferry project would require additional funding which has not been <br />allocated to date, and construction and ferry operation would require substantial resources. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it is a feasibility study which has no potential for resulting in either a <br />direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
