The City Council declares its intention to vacate the public right-of- <br />way being a portion of Maple Street as shown on Exhibit 1, on the basis that it is <br />unnecessary for present or prospective public purposes. <br />Section 3. The City Council declares that the vacation will be conditioned upon <br />the dedication of a Public Right-of-way and Public Service Easement dedicated for <br />future right-of-way of Blomquist Street, as shown on Exhibit 2. <br />Section 4. A noticed public hearing on the question of vacating the public right- <br />of-way being a portion of Maple Street shall be held and evidence thereon received by <br />the City Council on February 8, 2021. The form of the Public Hearing Notice shall be in <br />substantially the form attached as Exhibit 3. <br />Section 5.
