Housing Leadership Manager Alin Lancaster introduced the item, and Anthony <br />Stubbs from the California Municipal Finance Authority gave a presentation. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing. <br />There was no public comment. <br />Mayor Howard closed the public hearing. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Conduct a TEFRA hearing in consideration of the issuance of Multifamily <br />Housing Revenue Bonds by the CMFA for the benefit of GS HIP 1304 ECR, LP, to <br />provide financing for the acquisition, construction, improvement, and equipping <br />of a 39 -unit affordable multifamily rental housing project, generally known as <br />1304 EI Camino Real Apartments; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving the issuance of the California Municipal Finance <br />Authority MultiFamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an aggregate principal amount <br />not to exceed $15,000,000, for the purpose of financing or refinancing the <br />acquisition, construction, improvement, and equipping of 1304 EI Camino Real <br />Apartments and certain other matters related thereto. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Gee and Aguirre, to adopt a resolution approving the <br />issuance of the California Municipal Finance Authority MultiFamily Housing <br />Revenue Bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000, <br />for the purpose of financing or refinancing the acquisition, construction, <br />improvement, and equipping of 1304 EI Camino Real Apartments and certain <br />other matters related thereto, passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br />8.A. Dissolution of Seaport Centre Maintenance District and adoption of an <br />ordinance of the City Council of the City of Redwood City levying special taxes <br />within the City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2020-21 <br />(Seaport Centre/Seaport Plaza) (507) Res (0145) 15928 and Ord (528) 2491 <br />Assistant City Manager and Administrative Services Director Michelle Poche <br />Flaherty gave a presentation. <br />Page 8 of 10 <br />
